Overview

The GoOrder Partner API lets your product show GoOrder restaurants, quote delivery, place orders and follow them to the door — without building any of the restaurant, rider or payment plumbing yourself.

It is a conventional JSON REST API:

Base URL: https://back.goorder.com/api/partner/v1
Auth: a secret API key in the Authorization: Bearer header
Format: JSON in, JSON out; every success is { "data": … }, every failure is { "error": … }
Money: AED, always a plain number with two decimals (67.5)
Time: ISO 8601 in UTC

Browse

List stores for a location, read menus with modifiers and search stores and dishes.

Quote

Check an address against a store’s delivery area and get the exact delivery fee.

Order

Create delivery or pickup orders, collect cash or send customers to a card payment page, cancel while the restaurant has not started.

Poll a status timeline and live rider position, or receive signed webhooks for every change.

How a partner integration is shaped

Your server holds a secret key. The API is server-to-server — never put a key in a browser or a mobile app.
Your customers use your UI. You call GoOrder to fetch menus and to place their orders on their behalf.
GoOrder takes the order to the restaurant, assigns a rider and keeps you informed through webhooks.

Getting access

API access is granted per company. Email partners@goorder.com with your company name, a technical contact and the stores or regions you want to serve. We will create your account and send you a sandbox key first; a live key follows once your integration passes testing (see Going live).
